Abubakar Maigandi, the President of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN), attributed the recent hike to supply disruptions stemming from a recent industrial dispute.<\/p>\n
Maigandi specifically referenced the feud between the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) and the Dangote Refinery.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt is due to PENGASSAN\u2019s strike disruption,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
